My dear Brethen in our Lord Jesus, to be a Christian, it is not
enough to just say it; we must do it as well. “Actions, not
words!” Or, to use a local version, “Actions speak louder than
words.,” We should not be “all talk, but no action”. A vital
principle of perfect health is a healthy moral life based on
Christian morality which is founded on three pillars: assurance
of grace, personal responsibility and self-forgetfulness. Happy
Sunday.
